In the 85th minute Lechia took the lead again, after a shot by Patryk Lipski. Lechia, playing in the weakening quite unexpectedly regained the lead thanks to Lipski, who used the Conrado centre and “head” put the ball into the net from a close distance.

Thanks to winning the Polish Cup, Cracovia won the right to play in European Cups for the second season in a row. The first rival in the elimination round will be known by the belts during the draw in early August.

The Cracovia team will receive over PLN 6 million from the Polish Football Association and the Ekstraklasa S.A. for winning the competition. The “Belts” will also play in the elimination of the European League and in the match for the Polish Super Cup against Legia Warszawa.
